    I just visited my doctor a couple of weeks ago and asked about the no sugar sport drinks, because like you I get tired of the water and need some taste. She said that it would be a good drink for diabetics

    Type 2 Metformin question.

    I started metformin on March 30, and have last about 10 pounds. I think mine weightloss also came from the shock of the diagnosis, which caused me to change a lot of bad habits and focusing more on exercising and actually thinking about what I eat. Metformin has caused me some stomach issues...

    Thanks for the responses. I have not notice my blood glucose levels dropping, but if I have another episode like that, I will definitely check right away.
