    12000 plus steps. 45 mins fast walking daily
    Diagnosed May 2016. HbA1c 52. BMI 25.2 Weight
    August 2016 HbA1c 39 BMI 21.3
    November 2016 HbA1c 39 BMI 20.9 (lost 24 pounds in total)
    Take beta blockers for long term heart failure caused by excess chemotherapy in 1997. Very low blodd pressure. Beta blockers for 19 years likely to have raised BG over that time.
    LCHF and no meds.
