Morning. Inside, stretching, combination of yoga, pilates, tai chi,and ordinary stretching. Star jumps, running on the spot. Lets say running for a minute, 20 star jumps. Repeat 6 times. Maybe 40 of those exercises whose name i can't remember. Lie down.Bring Knees towards chest. Hands behind head. Lift head towards knees.
Outside as alternative, sometimes just walking, maybe 20 mins Sometimes stretching and short sprint before walking. Although sprints can bring me up short with pain.
Evening. walking for about 30 minutes.
Member of local tennis club. Regular game of doubles once a week. But haven't played in a few months because of shoulder injury.
