Robinsons " no added sugar " appear very low in carbs.Typically the concentrate contains between 1 to 2 grams of carbs/100ml.Considering you dilute it 1 to 4 with water,then a glass will have very little in the way of carbs.
It does make me wonder how they calculate the carb figure for some products :? Brazil nuts from Tescos are 3.1gms carb/100gms.Are some Brazils more equal than others. :lol:
Patch,for a one off like a wedding I would eat what you want.It will not do you any harm.Enjoy yourself.There are too many people who would have you living off dust and water.It is much easier to stick to any type of diet if you can have the occasional treat.Send me some cake. :lol: :lol:
I cook them in any way I like.Lots of them.If I fry them I use a good non-stick pan with a smear of olive oil.I cook the bottom of the egg on a very very high heat and finish it off under the grill. Bliss. :D
I was brought up on the Beatles.I learn't to play the guitar and piano because of the Beatles.I loved this site because it made me look at a lot of Beatle songs in a new way.I don't agree with all of his findings,but it is a good site. :wink:
