Thanks for your responses. I have a haemoglobin trait which meant they had to do a serum fructosamine test - this was 296. I've eaten (wholemeal toast with marmite, yoghurt and nuts) and my blood sugar level is now 5.4 (about an hour after) I have ordered a couple of the Freestyle Libre...
