    Thank ya I'll check it out. I noticed his YT channel is pretty much dead and that's all I have really seen of him. But yeah I'll check it out. Hes actually who I first heard say if your sugar was high you'd be catabolic. Just wondering if that were true and what to do about it. Thanks for the reply

    Yeah ill have to look over it again A question, say if I eat my kast meal 10-11pm ans do a bolus dose for that then take my nightly triseba basal 2 hours later, go to bed at 2am, wake up like 10-11am skip breakfast but what about dawn phenomenon? Wouldn't that skew the bs results?
