    Try benacol drink every morning, it dropped mine by 2 points. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Low protein, plenty of veg and pulses, when you have protein have very thin slices of meat.

    Keep readings as low as possible, cut protein by a quarter, protein is bad for the kidneys, it over works them. Avoid fat keep cholesterol down. Drink 2 litres of water a day.

    Thanks for the tips guys , trouble is I work on a ward and there are sweets, cakes and chocolates that are just sitting there begging to be eaten, and everyone tucks in. I put them out of sight when I am around, but they soon appear again!
