Hi All, I have been dianosed type two for a month now and trying to control it by diet alone. I am finding it's really getting me down .I have a sweet tooth and I have tried dried fruit or fresh fruit for the sugar kick, but nothing replaces a caramel bar etc: I gave in the other day, and had a flake, now I just want more. I tried one square of plain 80% chocolate, but ended up eating the whole bar. Can anybody HELP? I know I have to get this under control, but as you all know it's so very hard. Viv x
