Only managed 1.3lbs this week which has felt a bit deflating after the last few weeks loss being a bit higher... Not knowingly changed anything with my diet/exercise so was expecting a better result but sometimes it just be like that! Ah well onwards and upwards to try again for the next week...

cycling 300 miles in October for Diabetes UK. (diary/log)

Monday 2nd - Saturday 7th October So during the week days my cycling time is pretty much all done in the local gym due to work and family commitments (6 kids keep ya busy!). This isn't a bad thing as it allows me to introduce a couple of days of structured training like hill climbs, sprints...

Well done @IanBish on the loss Since last Friday I have lost 5lbs which marks the 1st stone since 3rd September and also brings me just below the 220lb / 100kg mark which were my first two targets to hit since diagnosis! Now onwards for the next target of 200lbs just because it's a nice round...

I am down 3.8lbs since last Friday so feeling happy with that. I started my diabetes weight loss on 1st September with 236lb and am down to 224.2lb this morning... so close to that 1stone but it just doesn't want to shift! First real target for me is to get to about 100kg (220.4lbs) which is my...

I so desperately need to get a Garmin again... used to have one a few years ago but it was nicked along with my bikes out of my shed and due to cost not replaced it since. Especially if you can connect things like this to it. Nice to know. Thanks [emoji120]
