    I even had a meal that I've tested before and found to be fine. This time blood sugar spiked. 5.1 mM turned it into 8.7 So why now...? Hmm.

    Walk today - miserable, fighting dizzy spells. Into work.... sneeze.
    Cold then. Interestingly spotted before it manifested properly.

    Mystery solved. Been getting a bit light headed on my walks - about 4 miles in. Low bg had occurred to me, but upon testing, no.

    Some inexplicably high bg readings yesterday annoyed me as I've been keeping it good all the time of late.
