I use the 6mm cannula with 60cm tubing which is long enough for me to be able put the pump anywhere, it usually lives in my pocket or bra. I use Sure T sets which are the steel cannulas and alternate it with Quick-sets for when I'm working so I don't have to do a cannula change late at night or...
It does stop me doing things on occasions, it does define how I do things and it has implications in many aspects of day to day living but it still only represents a small part of who I am.
(diabetic vs person with diabetes = same thing in my opinion and not bothered by either!)

I was wondering if anyone has a 'spare' medtronic transmitter for a Veo pump? I have been given some Enlite sensors from a friend who has changed pumps but only have a VERY dead transmitter!
I thought that maybe if someone has upgraded or changed their pump they might have one lying around...
I was there (obviously!) had a fab weekend, great to put faces to peoples twitter handles. Hopefully more of the forum will go next year as its a great resource to have
