I was doing so well up till about 2 weeks ago then i went on holiday were i ate **** before i was eating healthy and low carbs. I'm now finding it really hard to get back on it. My BG has been high coz of it! I'm starting on a weight management course on Tuesday I really hope tht makes me get...
I work right near a lidl so will pop in there tomorrow at some point. My stomach is not awake enough at 6.30 for eggs but I do love eggs.

I have just got a new job and I love it but I'm having a bad week food/carbs wise. I start at 7am so don't really have time to make a low carb healthy breakfast. I need a grab and go breakfast tht will keep me going till about 2pm as I don't really get a break.

My BG has been great today in the 5's today. I have been avoiding carbs but still really crave them. I got lower carb bread from tesco's.

I love Greek yogurt so will try tht. I've only ever really drunk diet drinks so maybe tht isn't helping I will stick to water n see if tht helps
