Dexcom one + wire broke off

There was deffinately a probe when I took off the cap of the applicator, but yeah I wonder if it was properly attatched. We couldnt feel anything under the skin but then its so fine, i guess it would be difficult to detect. I will certainly keep an eye out in case of infection tho. Thanks for...

Thanks for the info. Its the first time using this system so i probably over reacted, but the urgent care staff were great. Its reassuring to hear from others that have had this experience.

Dexcom one + wire broke off

Thanks for the reply, I must have just been unlucky then. Urgent care examined the site but couldnt determin if anything was in there, as its plastic it wont show up on xray so they advised to keep an eye out in case of any infection. Chances are its on the floor somewhere but its so small and...

I recieved a dexcom one sensor as part of a trial, I attatched it to the underside of my arm. The app threw up an error and told me to remove the sensor which I did. However when I looked at the sensor I notices the wire had broke off and wasnt on the table where i was sitting. Has this...

Metformin accidental overdose.. feeling so stupid..

I do hope things work out well for you, I was warned after my bowel resection that a b12 deficiency could be an issue in the future, I remember what the fatigue was like during my chemo and whilst its not that bad this time, its enough to zap my energy at times. Aches and pains, blurry vision...

    Nightmare A1c results.

Hi Folks. Just thought I would give you a quick update. Despite the last week going ultra low carb, I couldnt get my blood sugars down very much. So I discussed my low carb diet and she actually listened to me and told me if it worked last time that it was worth another go. I did tell her i...

Brilliant news, so happy that you're still clear. I am a full tinecarer for my mum, during chemo I was taking care of her as well as myself. You are correct though, as harsh as Chemo is, I am glad I had it cause so far it hs worked.
