Yep, it's pathetic really. I've been watching a few metabolism related lectures online lately and while they're fascinating, all of the research is aimed at finding drug targets in metabolic pathways. It's hard not to scream at the screen - keto, keto, keto - fasting, fasting, fasting

New reasons to fast just keep cropping up don't they. I'm trying hard to fully embed it in my life now. Miss breakfast most days. managed 36 hours at the weekend with just 300-400 calories of low carb snacks.
