Hi all,

I was away for a while, but haven't been falling off the band wagon. I am still on a keto diet, still exercising and controlling my diabetes. My latest HbA1c was 39, so a bit higher than a year ago, maybe because I went out to eat a few times before my test, but I am still in perfectly healthy levels.
