Recently noticed using libre, that insulin absorption is erratic, or too slow, I am on lantus and humolog. DSN has aske me which insulin’s I think I should try, I have seen fiasp and tresiba mentioned in other forums.. I am researching what is out there and folks opinions after they switched insulin’s, which ones they switched too, good or bad.
Thanks

i love my fiasp as it brings down my sugars quite quickly as when i tried tresiba it gave me good readings but it took few days to kick in and i had some side effects which i couldn't bear

Hi @Fred_Mc, how do you know that the insulin absorption is erratic? (assuming you are not injecting in the same area repeatedly or varying the diet during the assessment or varying the injection site from say, stomach, to thigh to buttock.)?
