Hi Mate...thanks for that, its appreciated..Yes a lot lower than they were...just goes to show i think, that one of the most important things you can do to keep DT2 under control is to eat properly.. A good Low carb, High fat diet suits me, so its no problem to stick to it, and a daily intermittent fast of between 16 and 20 hours with the occasional longer fast, seems to help a lot. Only knew about this way of controlling T2 was by reading on this forum and other facebook groups, other wise i would still be taking insulin and getting even fatter...
