Completely sick of this.

Hi again. You are quite young to be T2 but it happens. If you are not overweight and have lost weight recently then the indication would tend towards T1 rather than T2. When you see the nurse and if you are quite slim and she isn't sure of the diagnosis then do ask for the T1 tests if they aren't offered. The diet approach for either can be roughly the same. Although T1s can use insulin to match the carbs but many like me need to keep the carbs down anyway to avoid weight gain.

I am a bit overweight which I think is why they are leaning toward thinking it is probably type 2. Plus my dad has type 2 so I think it’s more likely xx
