Hi everyone I started on my new Medtronic 640g Insulin pump yesterday (5th December 2019)
The training I had was about 2.5 hrs long by the Medtronic Representative and a lot to take in.
My question is if I get air bubbles in the tubing, how do I clear the bubbles without doing a complete infusion change, what is the sequence of pushing the buttons to clear the air bubbles.

I was previously on an Accu Check Insight Insulin pump and I used to go into the menu and press fill tubing to clear any air bubbles.
I would appreciate any information on how to clear the bubbles in my Medtronic 640g

Hello Gollymax,

If you click on the menu, go to 'reservoir & tubing' and then click on 'fill cannula' - then click 'fill' and adjust your fill amount to say 1 unit, obviously ensuring it's not connected to you otherwise you will need to use a new cannula set.

Sounds similar to the Accu Check though.
