I regualrly go out working my gundogs,lot of walking involved. I am on an Insulin Pump & would say my control is pretty good most of the time.
I have a good breakfast in the morning- Weetabix & Banana or Porridge, I normally put my Temporary Basal Rate down to 60 or 70%, but am finding I am going very low nearer lunchtime, 11am onwards really.
Was wondering what would be a good, healthyish kind of snack to have, ideally something I can put in my pocket? have been having an Alpen bar
