Sore itchy spots scalp and body

Hi I've had sore itchy spots (red and raised around the edge with a dent in the middle) on my scalp, legs and arms for the past few years I've been to doctors and a dermatologist but there unable to identify them just wondering has anyone else had a similiar problem or no what they are thank you

Oh my goodness I have them too. All over my lower legs. Jawline and lower arms. If you do find out what they are please let me know. They take ages to heal and can be quite sore!!!!! I’ve never seen anyone who has them x

Couple of things, perhaps...

Insect bites gone nasty, or just a bad reaction to leg shaving/ingrown hairs. I have something similar sometimes, but not on my scalp. I am also convinced that I carry staphylococcus aureus (not the flesh-eating kind!) and that it sometimes it infects ordinary skin lesions - bites, scratches, spots. I no longer shave my legs because of this.
