I may have to Travel to Spain in a couple of weeks. Would anybody know if I need any kind of paperwork from my doctors due to covid and brexit ?. I’m finding it difficult to find a definitive check list.
This does not help with regard to covid, proof of vaccinations, etc.Get your diabetic nurse to send you a letter stating you have diabetes & will be carrying your medication. That should suffice. However if you have a pump it’s wise to get a letter covering that, as I’ve been forced to go through a whole body scan, when it’s not advisable. You need to be assertive with the scan staff as they rarely take no for an answer. Have you letters ready!

In COVID terms
If jabbed then proof of jab.. if unjabbed then proof of negative test.
As per @Mr_Pot link
Lots of forms to complete as well.
In T1 terms.. anything you'd normally take with you I guess.
Apparenly you don’t need to if you test negative before you leave but there’s so much conflicting info out there it’s hard to know what’s true or notComing back you'll need to quarantine and get tested which you'll need to book for.
Info also on @Mr_Pot link

Best thing to do is check the airline website of your carrier. Was the the case for my friend who came back from Spain via ferry on July 08th.. quarantine and tests on day 2 and 8 double jabbed as well.
Thanks thats brilliant. It's a VERY fluid situation, but here's what I've gleaned while thinking about a trip to Greece we have planned in September. Rules for other countries may differ, and the situation at present seems to be in constant flux.
Outbound:
1. A document certifying vaccination
2. Confirmation of a negative Covid test.
2. A Passenger Location Form (PLF) showing where you will be staying.
3. On arrival a Covid Test at airport. If positive you have to quarantine.
Coming Home:
1. A Covid test 24 hours before departure. If positive you can’t fly.
2. A PLF form showing home address
3. Confirmation of booking a Covid test on arrival at home.
