Hi all I wanted to ask if anyone uses any apps for tracking carbs etc, I find it really difficult to try and watch my carbs as they are hidden in everything!! I'm type 2 so don't need to track for insulin purposes, I read about carbs and cals but it looks like you have to pay for it after the free trial just wondering if anyone has any suggestions etc, I also wear a dexcom so if I can get it all to link in even the better thanks
