Had a jacket potato for tea yesterday (i'm from up north where yer tea is 6pm) the size of a small planet and miscalculated my dose like you do.
My alarm went off about 3 am and whilst i remember injecting 1.5 units of novorapid it was a very vague memory as i'm on some new pills which one of the side effects is they help you sleep.
Thank goodness for the novo pen memory doo dar.

All is well now with a 4.8 but i'm about to shift a load of leaves so i had better pop a bourbon in before i start.

Happy monday
Had a shocker on Saturday where i went v low over treated then upped and downed all day and just couldn't get a grip...i reached the fourteens at one point on the back of impaired vision whilst up my ladder repairing my garage roof!
Back to normal sunday .......how does this happen from losing it saturday to normal service sunday anyone would think i don't know what i'm doing lol lol.
Just discovered a leak on arriving in work too but i've shoved a bucket under whilst i psyche myself up as i'm useless at plumbing give me a piece of wood and a drill any day.........

It’ll soon be time for my insulin pump upgrade (I received my current one on December 10th 2021) ironically I’ve never kept one for 4 years through no fault of my own except for this one. I already decided a couple months ago I’ll be sticking with Medtronic although still exciting to be getting a new one, I’m like a child at Christmas

I sometimes think i'm bullet proof as i've never been hospitalised in 50 years however however........lol
