What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Just for a change 6.8 this morning. Also fitted my Libre. Amazing how much more in control I feel with CGM fitted even though it is only a measurement tool and not directly controlling my blood sugar. Have a few new food items I want to try and see the effect they have on me, few weeks of experimenting ahead.

So agree with you re the CGM :)

libre 4.6 breakfast and some housework. yesterdays heavy rain couple more roads been closed flooding and risk of landslide. thankfully just raining at the moment and supposed to clear up for a while later on this afternoon, going to go a nice forest waterfall walk, burns and rivers in spate will make it awesome :) Next couple of weeks forecast is lightrain/drizzle for a couple of weeks so making the most of the dry spell later on today

enjoy your experiments. imo would be great if cgm was at least prescibed for all diabetics minimal of two per year (preferably more). I'd wager majority would change their diets somewhat after seeing effects certain foods have on them resulting in lot less issues further down the road.
