What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

4.44 mmol/L this morning. For metabolism, I used to take kiwis for a long time, but I’ve stopped and switched to sugar-free Metamucil. It works well for me as long as I stay well hydrated, so I drink four 16-oz glasses of plain water daily. That means more trips to the bathroom, but I’m used to it now. The weather is shady but not too cold. Have a nice day everyone.

I tried one of the golden kiwi's the other day was very nice but expensive compared to the green .

It’s amazing, isn’t it how the liver dumps glucoses as yuu start moving

Absolutely. !!

I don’t really know if this is a very recent thing or that I’m noticing it more as I’m wearing a libre

Libre says seven point one.

I have an eleven o clock train to catch

I can see the libre graph of my glucose rise from about three am.

A might early. He ho

Have a good day all if you possibly can

Similar to my daily routine. Libre shows the lowest 3 mmol at around 3AM then steady rise up to around 9 at 11AM. No way to influence this, fasting, diet or exercise no noticeable effect. Drops to around 6 in the afternoon with or without lunch. Every day the same, low carb foods tend to only put bumps on the curve, high or bad carbs obvious peaks. I have come to accept this is my body's natural rhythm, no doubt something to do with my liver.
6.6 at 8AM

Mine is very similar. Food has little effect on the graph . I too am super low carb.

Today I’m heading down under for a few weeks . First Australia to see my sister then Nz visiting my daughter It will be interesting to see how , if at all, these levels alter
