4.66 mmol/L this morning—right within my target range. Blood glucose and weight are steady, which gives me some breathing room. Wishing everyone a great day.

Home now….i did very well with food while away and the blood tests were fairly good. Found the heat adversely affected my sugars. Today my numbers were higher than usual, 7.5 today (this was after security but before eating). Likely just a reaction to poor sleep and off time eating.
Hopefully my body settles down and things get back to normal soon. It was 10 degrees here today, amazing….but the cold is coming and we’ll see one last hurrah of winter….oh well, spring is coming.

3.2 according to libre reality fingerprick 5.5 off to mainland for some shopping and hopefully swim. Current sensor for whatever reason is reading anywhere been 2 and 4mmol out (after taking into account lag between interestrial fluid and blood glucose.

Inexplicable 7.7 this morning and no idea why the jump. I know it's not a dodgy test strip as Libre is consistently about 1 mmol below. Also slept great and ate sensibly but not reflected in bloods. Wonder what else is at play?
