What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

A happy 5.8 this morning, 4.9 last night.
The sun is shining and we’ll get to double digits today, again. I cringe to think what March will bring….I'm sure we’ll get a winter smackdown!
Gym was a long treadmill walk and some abs before killer yoga….darn near killed me today! And I love it.
Had two low carb, high fibre and protein wraps with bacon and cheese. Just a wee break from eggs today and a few more carbs, something I’ll do once a week or so just to mess with my pancreas.

.[emoji[emoji6]] here today. [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]@DEBBIESCOTT I'm full of admiration for your exercise regime. Thank you for asking after my health. Stable disease is the official position with a review again in May. Take care.

“ stable dis-ease “

Fingers crossed for you in May ..

New libre reading a little lower than normal. Around 2 mmol consistently lower. So 2,9 it's currently saying is actually 5.2 confirmed via finger prick check.

End April start of may will have lumber fusion surgery had appt for it earlier this week. Risks Vs reward.. needing to stop the degeneration signed on dotted line.

Hopefully goes smoothly. Was told sciatica hip down leg should improve alongside hopefully won't have pins and needles in feet . Pain lower back unlikely will help. Nor will help pins and needles in some places on back.

Why oh why do they need tell u the worst case scenarios .. may end up paralysized etc what exactly is point of that when asked chance of that oh under very small amount ...

Happy March! It’s great to start the month with 4.66 mmol/L reading this morning.
Northern California has been treating us to some early summer vibes over the last couple of days—definitely shorts weather! Unfortunately, I’m having to cancel my travel plans yet again.
Wishing everyone a wonderful day!

Well I got here (NZ) traveling air Emirates via Dubai. I wasn’t impressed by the airport, found it sprawling with too many security checks.

It’s also my route home

Hopefully someone, somewhere will be able to clean the mess before then?

It’s seven am here and libre tells me my glucose level is five point two

6.2 today, I expected it to be around that as I was feeling very nauseated last night. Better today.
Going to try lowering my fat intake a bit
Was craving a tuna wrap today and it was so good….and I’m not a fish lover.
Gym was a heavy weight back and chest day, a ten min bike ride, 40 min walk with some reverse walking.
The sun is amazing and this weather is so nice! Coyotes took a deer yesterday and their presence was crazy…they were everywhere. The deer remains were removed from the trail. We really have to watch the dog as she thinks coyotes are just fun dogs….

Been poorly last couple of weeks, but seem to be on the mend. Yesterday hovering from 4.5 to 6
This morning 6.1 meter
6.00 Dexcom
After walking around back to 5.5
Happy with that, off for a run seeing as its sunny

Hi @Estragon, Nice to hear from you. Are you doing ok?
I had recovered from my quad-bypass, tripped on the curb and cracked my head. Of course, I notified DVLA, 12 months later, I got my new licence. YAY!

My latest hba1c has 54, and I'm morning regularly in the 7>6. And today 5.4.
