Just doing comparisons for a few days.
Sensor not fluctuating so much now.

Humpday reading : 5.00 mmol/L this morning. Just two bites of sweet yam can bump my fasting glucose by about 0.56 mmol/L—lesson learned. Cloudy day here in Northern California.

5.3 this morning at 6:45. Woke with a fuzzy head and blocked nose, pollen is the culprit.

Blood tests back after just a day. Liver, kidney, ACR, cholesterol, full blood count, blood pressure all excellent. Hba1c elevated slightly from forty four last year to forty eight but still third best result in eight years . I’ve been rough over the last few weeks with a chest infection and done less exercise as usual so pretty sure that hasn’t helped. Also my Hba1c was seventy five just three years ago so I’m getting there . GP signed me off without meds for another year.

Will be taking a break from recording levels in here for a month or so due to holidays and stuff but really appreciate the support from you all . See you all soon

I try to take advantage of the elusive sun, especially this time of year and all the rain we have had. I bet we still have hosepipe bans as we have had the wrong type of rain
