- The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
5.8 this morning and still wild readings on and off. Think its the mixed nuts I have been eating, not many but enough to bump up my numbers.

6.3 today. After the gym and just before lunch it was 6.9. No idea why….
Gym was a short walk, some leg weights and a short bike ride before a killer yoga class. I wasn’t feeling it today….

Went for walk and down to 7.7 now at 9am
I’ve had some berries full fat Greek yoghurt and LC granola so will see what it’s like in 2 hours

Blood sugar was 4.61 mmol/L this morning around 6 a.m.—looks like the last rainy day. Planning a trip to South Asia, crossin the Atlantic with a long layover in Dubai. Wishing everyone a great day!
