I woke just after four am to a libre reading of six point five. The punnet of reduced priced strawberries with lashings of cream probably didn’t help

I woke at eight am. That’s late for me. Libre shows a steady increase from around six at three am to the current reading of seven point six . No obvious reason for the increase
