What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

5.2 this morning.
Am really appreciating just how much Mr K normally does since he has had to take things easy after the mishap with the ladder.

Actually it is quite hard work to stop him overdoing it and causing himself more pain.
Has he damaged himself badly, or is it mostly shock and bruising, as it was for my husband? He had broken his nose, which was rather horrid, but it seems all right now.

It is shock, bruising and muscle injury. Luckily nothing broken.
He just wants so much to get better quickly, which is why he is pushing himself too hard.

Blood sugars this morning were 6.2 .

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and I’m going to pause writing this posting, Mrs J is stirring from her pit / lair and will have to make her early morning tea‍……

……. Tea made and didn’t get a telling off Mrs J can’t be fully awake! Yet!
Now I must go and wish you all a good happy day

4.7 here today on a wonderfully bright blue skied morning here in The Brecks. @alf_Josiah it sounds as though you escaped without even a formal warning as to future behaviour. Busy morning here so far re-configuring Amazon subscribe and save orders and spreadsheets. Keto Granola and bars in (sales of Kefir will increase), one of the 1 KG tubs of PB out. Change of routine not Cozzie Livs. The bond markets gave a muted reaction. Trump hasn't reacted yet. Two grandchildren to collect from Cambs this afternoon, possibly stopping at "The Cake Shop", aka Starbucks, on the way home. They may not be the only grandchildren hugged and treated more this weekend. Those two will come home with us and be fed before dad picks them up. Two others will possibly join them for a while as they are sleeping over. #Blessed. Peace be with you all/y'all.
