Stomach only and alternating areas on stomach. If you inject in the same site every time you will get a fat buildup at injection site. I've seen the pictures and it's not pretty.

People that can't listen to other people's opinions.
People that can't say sorry.
Bum 90%+ most of time for injections andlast 4 year cannulas.

Bum is still absolutely gorgeous, no lumps or bumps and a size 8/10.

Inspected every 6 months by consultant. If it wasn't for risk of porn etcI would show a picture of my fab posterior (with cannula !)...

30 yrs+ T1.... And still a pwrfect bum!!

Ssriously stomach, legs etc...Due to lack of fat is out of question with me..

Use all sites, bolus doses mainly go in the stomach, arms and occasionally the legs and basal insulin goes in my bum or legs

Thank you , all so much for your replies ,
Reason I've asked is I used just my legs , both sides of my legs and both fronts of my legs .
Have been for a long while , haven't had no problems , but just feel panicky sometimes as if all them injections in just legs isn't good .
I rotate obviously all the time. But feel very very nervous to try a new site . Don't know why just the way I am , can be a bit silly sometimes , maybe once the first one is done I'd be ok , I did use my belly so could maybe do that site again , and try my bum ought oo lol . I think I could do one side fine , but not the other cheek lol , I've never used my other hand to do an injection .
But from reading your replies I see some mainly use one area and rotate . So maybe will have a good think to see what I do .

Thanks again

The trouble is Cloe you can get poor insulin absorption when you over-use one area, so when you do change sites just be sure to check your bg in case of hypo's.

The injection in the bum goes in the sides, it quite easy to do and the more you do it the easier it gets, as for injecting in the back of the arms, just lift the arm that your going to inject in up in the air and come in behind it with your other hand, it makes it a lot easier than trying to stretch around.

Thanks again for your reply , the tips of injecting you have given me are very helpful . I've also read somewhere with injecting in the bum , do you have to inject more at the top rather than the bottom . So like you said go in at the side but towards the top ?

Might just be a legs and tummy for a while get used to doing them in my belly again instead of just legs . And then see what happens from there lol .

Thank you. :):):)

WINTER. COLD. RAIN. WIND.
After years of only using my stomach I now rotate every single site. It caused such a buildup that my injections eventually stopped being absorbed and oblivious, i was convinced I'd become insulin resistant.

Can someone correct me if I'm wrong but the site should be ok again after a few months being left alone, right? I use my stomach as little as possible now - never more than once a day. I'll do one in my arm (OUCH) one bum, one thigh. One in other arm/thigh if I need any more injections that day.

Just get your consultant or DSN to check your stomach to see if you can inject there again.
