I make a chocolate brownie in a mug - my own recipe: 1 scoop (30g) of vanilla protein powder ( 4 g of carbs per 100g), 1 egg, 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbs cream cheese, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbs oil, 1 tbs water, sometimes I add extra sweetener. Mix everything in a mug put it in the microwave for 1-2 min (don't leave for too long - it becomes rubbery). Quick and easy. You can leave out the cream cheese or substitute it with Greek yogurt.
