Rovers are at mighty Braintree tomorrow, the last time we met, in the fa cup. It was postponed the first time! Hopefully the wonderful weather we're having doesn't put a damper on it!

My predictions were generally as usual, really bad!

So here goes!

Wins for City, Arsenal, utd tonight, terriers, Leeds, spurs, swans, saints and hammers!

Lots of draws this week end, but the superwhites will cruise to their third straight win!

That prediction wasnt too far off Nosher Nice of you to put us down for a win all the same

Crikey what a belter and in all honesty if either side had lost this it would have been a travesty

A good game with little hoofball as both teams passed it around nicely

We still defend like the Keystone Cops but at least when we went behind we came back 3 times they led and 3 times we got back in it, last season we would have buckled and blown it big style, with Ibehre up front we have a beast and that is something we lacked last season

To round it off a sunny day up here at BP almost Med like LOL

One of their players was stretched off, mate! That's two bad injuries against us so far this season. Scott Rendell for Woking is out for the season! No one was near him!

Serious injuries seem to be prevalent in today's football due I believe to the speed of the game and the technology in pitches.
The surfaces of many new pitches are firmer and less forgiving.

Many of the injuries are long term injuries but not career threatening like they used to be!

Rovers medical team have seen some bad ones in the last couple of years!

Thankfully, I've not had many as a coach in junior football, but I had a kneecap displacement last season, one of the worst I've seen, thankfully he is training again and will be playing by end of September!

We got a toughie with Brighton on Tuesday night they are firing on all four cylinders at the moment. We need to start getting some results otherwise it would mean Chris Powell being handed his P45. If it was up to me it would be on the desk in readiness now and if a bad result with Brighton then id hand it to him. He keeps selling good players players that we should hang on to.

Why not hes the manager and the manager is the one who picks the team. Ok so Dean Hoyle holds the purse strings but its Powell who makes the purchases providing Deano throws some money his way

I was a bit disjointed the first week, had more structure to it this weekend and the time slot is better than the FLS on the beeb
