    Thanks guys!! I was in Tesco earlier and saw some lizi's granola which I see gets mentioned sometimes on here. So thought ill give that a try and see how it affects my sugars. Got some unsweetened almond milk to go with it too!

    Well I tasted it and actually found it gross!! But someone else has suggested I try it on my porridge in the morning, atleast that way I can use it up!

    Just discovered I'm pregnant, feeling stressed!

    I was the same lemon tree, I swore I would never ever put myself through it again!! It was unbelievably hard work. A very long 9 months!! ..... But my daughter is almost 2 and I'm desperate for another! It's 9 months of hard work for a lifetime of happy family memories!! X

    Oh yes I was going to ask my nurse but you guys can possibly answer better. If I was to eat something like eggs n some veggie for breakfast and I didn't need to inject, would that make the insulin resistance for the next meal even higher?
