yep, I am keeping a food diary with pre meal and post 2 hour meal readings alongside and I am back on the low carb diet. So far post meal results havent been past 9.0mmol which isnt too bad although a little high. Fasting results tend to be higher than 7.0 so I will keep an eye on it. Jim
