Every type of supplement (except Bilberry) I take seems to have anti diabetic warnings lol! I take ABC Plus from H & B too and not had problems. Whether it does anything is questionable cos when I dont take it things arent really any different. I also take Whey Protein for training and just...

Hi, I've been on a pump for almost 6 months - its Roche Spirit pump - you get a main pump and a spare - invaluable as I found out recently when the main one went down!!! Lets sort out some misconceptions - you dont have to test 10 times a day and if you did a) you fingers would hurt like hell...

    Thick head

5-6 may be normal for those with good control but if you are running at 12 normally, 5-6 would be quite low and give you the same symptoms as a hypo. Id guess you'd be needing to eat something! Normal levels for me are between 4.5-8. Paul

    Dealing with hangover highs

    Basal Bolus

put bluntly, if you only use short acting insulin at meal times and as correction doses, you will constantly bounce between high and low which long term will destroy your eyes and possibly cause other serious complications (sorry to scare you pal, but you are better off learning how to get good...
