    Hi I have returned after falling off the wagon (again!) and need to lose a lot of weight as I am prediabetic. Just got this app to start low carbing is 60gm a day a good number to start with? I think realistically this is the lowest I can go.

    Yes I'm just peed off at the fact I have to cut way down on carbs + exercise every day when I don't feel like it! even though the rewards are great + if I succeed in losing more weight, I feel happier when I look in the mirror :)

    Try the sugar stop challenge app in play store, hypnotism + meditation helps me, I too am addicted to sweets oh and flour, anything made with these two ingredients that all turns into glucose in the blood. Hope u find the help you need

    Sweet cravings anyone?

    Love at first bite. Don't take the first bite. This is what I have to tell myself every time I am tempted. Sugar is definitely addictive. Takes a lot of mental strength. If I see cake in my house, I throw it to the birds. Out of sight out of mind.

    To make it easier on myself, I cook once eat twice ie I cook leftovers from dinner for lunch the next day. Today had meatballs w salad for lunch & I threw in a couple of hard boiled eggs for snacks.
