Hi, im just curious how a cup of tea affects you bg and if you take insulin for it? My bg was 8.6 and after a cuppa and 30 mins it went up to 11.2. I use sweetener and milk

They can vary a lot. Around 6 on a good day, 20 on a bad

By uncontrolled i mean that i struggle to take my insulin at the right times and check my bg. I take lantus every night without fail but forget to take my novorapid. And yes i carb count
