    Well any exercise is better of course, just saying for those times when they just shoot into 20s for whatever reason, aspirin is definitely better, and it shouldn't happen too often :)

    Trust me, eating next to no carbs will greatly improve your mood. Wake up..test..6.1..big smile. Lunch, test 7.3..big smile. Before bed 9...big smile :D...You can do it :)

    take an aspirin and a nice glass of water with a little corrective shot. Brings you down a lot quicker. Works effectively every time.

    Jackie the way to get your bloods right is just to simply not eat carbs, slowly eliminate carbs from your diet, you don't need them, eat lots of protein, fats and veggies, I don't go over 50g of carbs a day.     when my blood sugars are really high, i found a quick corective, lots of water and half an apsirin tablet brings them down very quickly to normal range, try doing that and having a 15 minute lay down.

    Does anyone get spikes in their sugar level when eating "low g.i" foods, especially at breakfast, I can be 7 before breakfast, il have a bowl of porridge or oats, inject, and half hour later be between 16-20. Its getting annoying now.
