    CHEESE/ EGG QUESTION

You have to consider the "Cummulative Carb Effect" (copyright Patch 2011  ) When you are on a low carb diet - cheese n' eggs WON'T effect your BG. HOWVER - if you are eating carbs, and then eat cheese n' eggs, the fat in the cheese WILL have an effect on your BG. Carbs hang around in...

I can empathise with this! It like - stuff that wouldn't normally bother me get's my back RIGHT up and I have to speak out. It's a surprise to people when I do this. It happens when I have been running at pretty high BG's for a while, then suddenl;y come down into the normal range...

    insane workout

Which insane workout? Do you mean the interval type work out, where you go hell for leather for 30 seconds, then rest, then go at it again for 30 seconds? It doesn't seem insane to me. Sounds like a very efficient way of exercising.

    Vitamin D deficiency

Vitamin D is AWESOME stuff. I did suppliment with it a while back (when I was feeling pretty terrible) and did so at 10,000iu a day. After a fortnight, I felt remarkably well. I was taking the liquid caps of Vit D. I keep meaning to buy more - I can genuinely feel an improvement in my...
