7.6@ 6.45am . Woke up to the cat scratching the carpet to go out, then had a hot shower and tested bg level. Have noticed previously, testing immediately after a hot shower results in higher readings. Am I alone in this?

Age 65, diagnosed T2 3 years ago..No meds, trying to control with diet. Slipped a bit recently so concentrating on lchf to regain control.

Thanks for your comments, I think I will give them a miss and give the local birds a treat.

Has anyone had any experience of eating or using tiger nuts? How did it affect your glucose levels?
