Ive had tiger nut milk - didnt go down well with my sugars, although I noted that although the product is marketed as unsweetened, theres rice ( often sneakily used as a “sweetener” in “unsweetened” non daity milks) in the mix, so I dont know how much the BG spike was down to the rice and how much to the tiger nuts

Looks like they’re probably ok if you’re trying to get diabetes 
Personally I’d give it a miss, but you could always try some and see how you react. I’m not optimistic for a green light though.

The name is a blast from the past, I have not heard of them for fifty years or more. They had a strange taste if I recall rightly.

Although high in carbs, the actual tubers, Tiger Nuts not the 'milk', are high in fibre and the carbs are 'resistant starch' which is supposed to not raise blood glucose.
Each to their own.. personally no way for me..
