Hi Nomistheman I'm not sure about Lyn but I was diagnosed type 2 after I took hypothyroidism started on metformin bs kept going up then glic which I couldn't tolerate and finally with a hba1c of 88 the endo clinic now has me on novorapid 3 times daily and lantus overnight I would greatly...

Hi littlemo Yes I was on 3 x 500mg metformin a day but bgl constantly stayed on the high teens low to mid20s so I was put on it and tbh I'd did nothing for me except cause lumps under the injection sites so they moved me on to insulin fast acting and overnight not been on it long still working...
