    If using glucose to raise BGs check sugars before & after giving glucose. As this can reverse effect, pushing BGs higher than necessary. Leave it 10-20 mins after giving glucose to check again but ensure your husband is conscience & alert.

    Activity can push up BYe if not careful. Though hot steam or sauna can too, but you're talking about showers Lol. I've never had trouble with showering after activity & I go gym regularly. @Robity has it right as I'm concerned!!

    It depends on how confident & comfortable you are injecting in front of people. I do it all the time at the table where I'm sat, whether someone is beside me, opposite me or staring at me from another table!!
