been to hospital to and things are looking better bloods down to 8 - 10 low carbs is going well, on 6 units to 10 grams of carbs correction insulin is 1unit to 1 and only back to hospital in 2 weeks instead of 2 days. hip hip

hi thanks for asking. that's grate news for you WELL DONE. mine well they are down but. not below 11 yet. insulin increased again and back to hospital on Tuesday. but hay they are down so that's good.

it the first day of low carbing to day I am on 5 units of insulin to10g of carbs so far so good. bloods are down to 15.7 this morning lets see what dinner brings.

its not the halls but the virus its self that has done it, even a simple cold can raise your bs. sorry but until it clears up bs is likely to stay raised. hope you feel better soon.

please don't fall in this trap that insulin is the bee all and end all it is not and is not the answer to it all, just been changed to 4 injections per day and now lost control completely. its hell for me but the tablets just stopped working for me.

back at hospital on Friday insulin all up again now on 56 at bed time and 36 at meal times. bloods are at fasting 29.3 nothing to eat this morning dinner 24.3 no dinner tea 15.9 just a salad fro tea going to bed 25.8

back from hospital to day insulin now put on 48 units at night and 26 units before meals. bloods still at fasting 36.8 this morning ( no breckfast to day.) lunch 28.7 ( no lunch) tea was 14.6 had a ham salad for tea blood before bed 28.7 when will this come down ??????

i have been on this as well as the sting i got a red dot at the injection site and after 30 mins or so i could scratch my skin of. sent back to hospital to see the doctor there and was told that i must change my insulin iam going on thursday to clinic to do so. (hope this works)
