    OK my levels are climbing again on 26 I'm going to double correction dose for levels above 14. Difference is 12 so correction would normally be 4 units of insulin. Double is 8 should I also inject another 2 to reduce below the 14 level. Would make 10 units in total. Does this make sense? Thanks

    Thanks both, yes I do eat less plus I adjust lantus... think I need to set personal marker too for anything over 14 try double correction. Its exhausting all the monitoring and injections but hope to get my levels back to an acceptable level soon. Good to have reassurance from the forum...

    Got my NHS prescription for Libre!

    This is very interesting I will be pursuing with my GP. I live in Wales hopefully this applies here also. Spoke to my Consultant in August who advised more likely to get libre if on a pump which I have been referred for. Type 1 diabetic for 15 years now and it's hard work!!! Thanks everyone...

    Thanks all for your replies will try worry less about bubbles in future the smaller bubbles are the most stubborn. No sorry didn't realise was eating disorder thread. Probably too upset having to stay up late again faffing around with insulin.

I get quite a lot of these and spend a lot of time flicking the cartridge to try and get rid of, not always successful. Have tried the recommendations from other threads.
