Can a type 1 diabetic eat butter or salted butter. I heard about low carbs high fat diet. This diet will control your sugar,but what about chlorostral. I am confused. Please advice. Thanks

my son is 26 years old. He is student of physics. He lives in another city, but comes on weekends as he works on weekends. Most of the time he is at work, so we hardly spend any time together.

Yes I corrected the spelling:).... Thanks for your detailed mail. I think I have started to understand slowly...........one should make choice of food, guess how many carbs are there, take insulin, eat food, check sugar again after 10 minutes , if you see you are going high, take some more...
