When I was on insulin I gained weight, the insulin makes you hungry then you need to inject so you can eat. It’s a vicious circle.

I tried Magnesium supplements after looking up about cramp. They worked for a short while I’m now on quinine tablets from the drs they work a treat!

I don’t use supplements I don’t believe in them.
